_{And just in time for the New Year I've got #$%@ing tonsillitis AGAIN. I've been sick, like, 6 times in the past four months. What the heck, health? I haven't gotten out of bed all day except to write this.

Anyway, this is sort of a depressing last journal of the year thing. I can't answer any more messages tonight, I'm sorry! I feel like crap, but I felt like I needed to get on here and wish all you awesome people a Happy New Year! I hope the best for you all.

So I'm going to go get back in bed now, but I hope to feel well enough to get on tomorrow, the 1st! ( oh, and there's a little over two hours here before 2009 is over and 2010 hits!) I'm actually nervous, I always am when a year is about to end.

I'm almost done with the gifties, and I'll be uploading some soon! I'll comment and answer and write and stuff then as well.

_{Wow this year has really flown by with astonishing speed!

So at this point I'd like to wish everyone a Happy Hanukkah, Merry Christmas, Happy Kwanzaa, if you celebrate something else, Happy that, and if you don't celebrate any of those, have a wonderful season and Happy New Year!

I probably won't be as active as usual until after the first. Tomorrow we're going to a friend's house for a Holiday party like we do every year, I'm SO looking forward to it! I still have several gifts to draw, and I'm trying to get them done soon! I know I have at least four.

Speaking of gifts, here are the AMAZING gifts I've gotten so go give them some love!!

Thank you all so much!!!!!! I love these pictures SO SO SO much, they mean so much to me!

Haha, so I'm going to go get cracking on those gifts and MOAR little animations! ( those things are so freaking addictive)

and this morning I check how many comments it has: 16, including my replies, so eh, not bad. And about 13 faves, I think. Then I check back this evening and I have OVER 400 MESSAGES!!!! OMGwhut?! It turns out the little animation is more popular than I thought!

So I just wanted to say thank you so much people for all of the faves, comments, and new watches! I'll try to go through all my messages and get caught up shortly!

I also noticed I'm over 20,000 pageviews, when did that happen? I must draw something in celebration!

My artwork has slowed down to an extreme. I've been halfheartedly sketching, but nothing is really post worthy or even worth finishing.
The other day I bought myself some Copic markers, and I've been goofing off with those, and I think I'm slowly starting to get the hang of using them, even if only a little. Do any of you use them? What do you think of them? I've only heard good things about them from several people.

It's not that I have art block, I'm just so busy running around with life that by the time I can sit down I only have the energy to read a bit or mindlessly run around in a video game. I don't think I've touched my tablet in a week. I probably won't have a Speedie for this week, I'm too preoccupied, and I also have another ESS I need to find a way to finish soon. Hopefully I'll be in a more "artsy" mood soon.

So anyway...how is everyone? I still feel blech and such, and out of energy. So much hectic stuff has been going on, so I doubt I'll be super active, like I usually am, for a while. I'll try to post when I have something to post, and answer messages. They've really piled up, I have so many to go through! I joined three groups, and keeping up with the deviations from each, as well as the messages and "approve this picture" boxes, and everything is crazy! Also, does anyone know how to change the icon of the group your in to a different one? Right now mine is and I was wondering if there was a way to change it to , which I'm also a member of.

Speaking of Zelda stuff, I got the next installment of the LoZ manga! The latest one is The Minish Cap, and since I've never played it, reading the manga was really enjoyable. I love the cutesy style of that game, and I actually did sketch out a Link with Ezlo, and I'm pretty pleased with it, considering I almost never draw toon or chibi Link. I'm going to finish it in photoshop when I'm feeling better.
I've been playing Majora's Mask, and geez does that game keep me on the edge of my seat! I'm always freaking out about the time limit on the whole game. I never really liked time limits, I usually resort to button mashing in the worst circumstances. Although I doubt that will work for MM. Random, but I think it's awesome that in MM they made Link do all these awesome flips and such when jumping around. I like to pointlessly make him jump off of stuff so he does gymnastics. It's also neat because after OoT, it's only natural he would have acquired some mad skillz. I'll try to do some fan art for that soon, I've always wanted to do a detailed picture of Skull Kid and Link with Tatl and Tael. I SO much prefer Tatl's little bell sounds to "HEY! LISTEN! LOOK! WATCH OUT!" even though Navi was just doing her duty as Link's fairy companion.

I'm still trying to finish some gifts, I'm being sooooo sloooooow......'Cause I's tired. Bear with me, people!

So I'll try to have some art finished soon! Right now I'm taking it easy and concentrating on getting better.

_{Phew, I'm back, and I'm totally exhausted. And I'm sick. Dang cold weather is getting in my head and I feel like it's full of rocks and my throat is scratchy. I hate hate hate that feeling.

There is so so so much I have to write about, but right now I'm just too tired to do anything but sit in bed and waste some brain cells playing Majora's Mask
( which I got for mah gamecube, squee!) and probably pass out after, ah, about ten minutes.

So I hope to write a more in-depth journal tomorrow or the next day! I have so many messages and deviations to go through, I had to delete a bunch, so if I didn't comment on something, I'm sorry! Hope everyone else is well, and staying warm, if where you live is cold.

Oh, and the deadline for the ~Z1ven tribute is over, thanks to those who participated!
